Köstinger Consulting is an international innovation studio with focus on sustainable businesses with main offices in Vienna, Austria and Tirana, Albania.
We help our partners and client organizations bring to life their commercial innovation projects by creating services, products or startups that are good to the people, good to the planet and of course that are profitable.

Our three main service pillars are: -Sustainability consulting, Innovation design and Internationalisation.

While our clients are private or public actors, we work closely with purpose-led organizations like startups, SMEs and non-profits to generate, design, test and launch new models to deliver both purpose and profit.

Additionally we also design and implement bespoke accelerator and incubator programs for corporates or for donor-funded projects. Our accelerators are always focused on impact ( SDGs and ESGs) and promoting gender equality. Our flagship programme is the SDG Innovation Lab which is a five-cycle accelerator-like program designed specifically for SMEs. Its aim is to demonstrate that the SDGs can be incorporated and operationalized in a business innovation context, and also SME can be innovative like startups by designing solutions that are technologically appropriate, environmentally benign, culturally acceptable, and economically sustainable.
