A Scot in Austria

My name is Lindsey, I’m Scottish and I live in Austria with my husband, Pete. This whole new world started nearly 9 years ago after my husband suggested it would be something for us to do together in the summer. It has changed my outlook on life and how to deal with stress as well as dealing with what is important. The beauty of an e-bike for me is that it enables me to go further, higher or for longer. Just being able to talk and cycle at the same time without requiring oxygen is a bonus.
We live in Tirol, Austria and we have so much variety of cycling on our doorstep we could stay around here and take a different path every day. When we looked at what the rest of Europe has to offer, it became a bigger playground to explore. This completely changed the way we spent our free time forever. What began as a chance to cycle together has turned into something of an obsession.
Please note: I am not an expert on cycling and I don’t have any qualifications or training in the area. I am just very passionate about e-biking and what central Europe has to offer.
