The TTS (Transport Trade Services) GmbH in Austria is the one of the youngest members of TTS GROUP and was set up to serve customers and freight forwarders on the Upper Danube stretch.
Beside the traditional activities of the Group, the local company will focus on other activities too. The tag line comprises our local mission: INNOVATING COMPLETE SOLUTIONS FOR INLAND WATERWAYS
The entire TTS Group focuses to provide multimodal logistic services from break bulk shipments to project cargoes down to solutions for bagging bulk shipments and warehousing.
Operating own assets, plays a key strategic role to the company in offering second to none efficiency and flexibility to our customers.
With our own fleet of more than 50 push boats and tugs, over 400 barges and a dozen tank-barges we transport yearly about 10 million tons of cargo on rivers. Maintenance of the fleet as well as developing and building new vessel types are in-house responsibilities of our shipyard in Galati.
Own floating cranes and offshore buoy berths in the port of Constanta are enabling the company to operate Panamax (3 berths) and Cape sized vessel (2 berths) and making the TTS Group one of the main direct transshipment operators in the Black Sea region.
But we are also active on hinterland ports and, depending on the port, we operate silos, terminals, cranes, bagging installations, etc. in Galati, Braila, Oltenita, Giurgiu, Bechet and Turnu Severin.
24 electric locomotives, a pool of over 800 wagons of various types (i.e. for grain, fertilizer, oil, gas, etc.) and a license as railway operator, as well as investments into own trucking capabilities are finalizing our offerings to our customers.
We are represented in Austria, Belgium, Moldova, Romania and Serbia.
